The VITSENTZOS KORNAROS Foundation warmly congratulates all students who participated in the 5th Pancretan Student Literary Competition of the VITSENTZOS KORNAROS Foundation.
The competition, organized annually with the aim of bringing young people into creative dialogue with the work of Vitsentzos Kornaros, Erotokritos, invites secondary education students from Crete to express themselves through poetry and short stories, drawing inspiration from the timeless values and messages of the great work of the Cretan Renaissance.
This year’s theme, inspired by the verses:
“But all for me have erred and gone awry,
for me the nature of things has been reborn.”
called upon students to capture, in their own way, how a powerful experience can change the way we perceive the world.
📚 The Award Ceremony will take place on Saturday, July 4, at 8:30 PM, at the VITSENTZOS KORNAROS Foundation (V. Kornarou 97, Sitia)
