Since 2007, Diminuita have performed numerous times at music venues and festivals throughout Greece, and in 2010 they began presenting their work in Europe as well (with performances in Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Poland, and Germany). Highlights of these performances included their appearances at the 2014 Djangofolllies Festival, the Django@Liberchies Festival in D. Reinhardt’s birthplace in Belgium, the International Gypsy Jazz Meeting in Wroclaw, Poland, in 2012, as well as their participation in the Djangofest festivals in Athens and Thessaloniki. They perform compositions by Django Reinhardt and other composers of the era, as well as the group’s original compositions, emphasizing the lively spirit of swing and the freedom of musical improvisation.
