▶︎ Panos Zoulakis, in his solo exhibition titled “Hands of Surrealism,” presents his new photographic work, which explores the uncanny in the human form through the lens of an ultra-wide-angle camera. He seeks to deconstruct and reassemble the human body to reveal aspects hidden behind the familiarity of everyday life.
▶︎ Hands, as a symbol of creation, expression, and contact, take center stage in a visual interplay with objects and textures. Inspired by the rich surrealist tradition, the artist creates a world where the familiar becomes unknown and the concept of identity is redefined.
Through forms, sizes, and perspective, viewers are invited to a conscious subversion of perception, urging them to “shake hands” with something new and unexplored.
