Visit of students from Handras Secondary School to the VITSENTZOS KORNAROS Cultural Center

On Thursday, 7/5, we had the pleasure of welcoming Handras Secondary School of Sitia to the VITSENTZOS KORNAROS Cultural Center.

During the visit, the children learned about the work and activities of the Cultural Center.

Gina Stepanian, a member of the Cultural Center, spoke about Vitsentzos Kornaros and “Erotokritos,” giving them the opportunity to learn more about one of the most important works of Cretan literature.

Subsequently, they enthusiastically participated in an interactive team knowledge game on the theme of “Erotokritos,” and the team with the highest score won “Erotokritos” in comic book form.

At the end of the visit, the Cultural Center’s notebook was distributed to students and teachers.
